Stages of implementation
In order for the University to obtain the “Human Resources Excellence in Research” logo, the JM Rector Dr. Andrzej Rokita prof. supervisor. Established by Order No. 27/2017 on May 16, 2017, the Team for the Development of the Company. Implementation of the European Charter for Researchers and the Code of Conduct for the Recruitment of Researchers at the Academy of Physical Education in Wroclaw (as amended by the Rector’s Order No. 66/2017 dated October 4, 2017).
Schedule of tasks of the team
- Analiza wytycznych zawartych w Karcie i Kodeksie (przeprowadzona w miesiącach czerwiec-lipiec 2017r.)
- Porównanie wytycznych zawartych w Karcie i Kodeksie z ogólnokrajowymi aktami prawnymi i dokumentami wewnętrznymi obowiązującymi w Akademii (przeprowadzone w miesiącach lipiec-październik 2017r.)
- Kampania informacyjna (przeprowadzona w miesiącach wrzesień-październik 2017r.)
- Przeprowadzenie ankiety dla pozyskania opinii na temat warunków pracy i rozwoju zawodowego naukowców (przeprowadzona w miesiącu październiku 2017r.)
- Weryfikacja i analiza rozbieżności, o pracowanie planu działań (przeprowadzona w miesiącach listopad-grudzień 2017r.)
- Opracowanie Strategii HR (opracowana w miesiącach styczeń-marzec 2018r.)
Between May 2017 and March 2018, 11 meetings of team members or working groups were held.
On 27.03.2018, the coordinator for the Ministry of Finance. The Implementation Committee presented the prepared HR Strategy and Action Plan to the College of Rectors.
The documents prepared for the Academy of Physical Education in Wroclaw were signed on 11.07.2018.

Presentation by the Chairman of the Team of the idea of implementing the principles of the Charter and the Code at the Academy of Physical Education in Wroclaw. Develop a concept for the implementation of the principles of the Charter and the Code and discuss the form of implementation of the internal analysis.
Discuss the principles of developing the HR Strategy and Action Plan, develop assumptions for the survey, and exchange insights with regard to internal documentation analysis
Preliminary verification of the prepared internal analysis and planning of further work on the creation of a unified compilation of the existing legal acts and internal regulations (working team meeting)
Detailed verification of the prepared internal analysis, discussing and noting the practices operating at the University in relation to the principles of the Charter and the Code
Discuss how to analyze the data of the implemented survey and the form of its presentation (working team meeting)
Discussion of the completed tasks within the framework of the implementation of the principles of the Charter and the Code, and discussion of the results of the survey with the drawing of preliminary conclusions (meetings of individual working teams)
Presentation of the developed internal analysis and the results of the survey, discussion including conclusions from the presented data, and setting tasks to be implemented within the framework of the HR Strategy and Action Plan
Summary of the work carried out in the implementation of the principles of the Charter and the Code, determination of the monitoring of the implementation effects, discussion of the various elements of the HR Strategy document and the Action Plan
Acceptance of the findings of the team on the issue. implementation of the principles of the Charter and Code on the adopted HR strategy and Action Plan, deciding to refer the document to the Rector.
Presentation to the College of Rectors of the HR Strategy and Action Plan developed for the Academy of Physical Education in Wroclaw.
