EDUball / BRAINball educational balls – a US license agreement signed!

On July 20th, 2018, after nearly six-month-long negotiations, the University School of Physical Education in Wrocław signed a license sale agreement (LICENSE AGREEMENT) with PALOS SPORTS, Inc. 11711 S. Austin Ave. Alsip, Illinois 60803 (USA) for production and distribution in the United States, Canada and the European Union, products currently known as EDUball – earlier Edubal, and in the future – BRAINball. Before the metioned date, on May 5th, an agreement about the transfer of author’s property rights to the University was signed between the University School of Physical Education in Wrocław and co-founders of educational balls: Andrzej Rokita, PhD, Dsc, Assoc. Prof., Tadeusz Rzepa PhD and Marek Nowicki.
